“Ricardo worked with us on a very challenging 19-story building project in Downtown Oakland that included two separate trash chute systems. One chute discharged directly into a compactor, while the second chute was connected to a bi-sorter system serving a compactor and a compost container. The project presented several major challenges, particularly because of the limited space in the equipment room, where the bi-sorter, two compactors, and compost container all had to be properly positioned and integrated. The penthouse installation was also especially challenging, and at different stages of the project we weren’t sure everything would work within the available space.
